What is Daily Rewire?
A short film every morning, starring you. You set a goal, Daily Rewire makes a personal film about the life it leads to, and then helps you take one small step today. You can talk it through with Rewire, your AI companion, and keep a record of what you actually did.
Which photos should I add?
Add 8 to 12 photos that are clear, recent and just you, from different angles and in different light, including 2 of your whole body. Avoid sunglasses and photos with other people. You can pick photos with Apple’s photo picker or take selfies in the app.
My film doesn’t look like me.
Films are AI visualizations, so the likeness can vary. Better reference photos help most: clear, well-lit shots of your face from a few angles. You can replace your photos in You › Privacy and data. If a film still looks wrong, email us.
My film is taking a while.
Making a film can take a little while. You can leave the app and come back, and if notifications are on we’ll tell you when it’s ready. If a film fails for a technical reason, you can try again.
Who can see my photos and films?
Only you. Your photos are used only to make your films, and your films stay private unless you share one. Shared links can be revoked at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Why does Rewire ask for my location?
Only so the sky in the app matches the weather where you are. It uses your approximate location, gets the weather from Apple Weather, and doesn’t store it. You can say no and the app still works.
What does Rewire remember?
Your goal, your steps and the proof you add. Rewire may ask “Want me to remember that?” about something you mention, and it only saves it if you say yes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Daily Rewire and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the subscription screen in the app, tap Restore, and make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account you used to subscribe.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my photos or my account?
Go to You › Privacy and data. You can delete your photos (which also deletes your likeness model), or delete your account, which deletes your photos, likeness, films, proofs and what Rewire remembers. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Who can use Daily Rewire?
Daily Rewire is for adults 18 and older, on iPhone.
